We developed a comprehensive coffee programme covering three distinct touchpoints within the hotel, each tailored to its specific service environment.

  • Lobby bar: Three Spires Blend, a bespoke 50/50 Arabica and Robusta blend with tasting notes of roasted nut, dark cocoa and sweet cedar wood, delivering a rich, well-rounded espresso for the premium bar offering
  • Breakfast service: bulk brew filter coffee for the breakfast restaurant, providing consistent quality and allowing staff to serve large numbers of guests efficiently during peak morning service
  • In-room amenities: 100% organic Fairtrade-certified Peruvian coffee bags, replacing the existing Nescafe sachets with a significant upgrade aligned with guest expectations at a premium property
